DSTV *****ING FROM MY ACCOUNT, OVER DEBITING EVERY MONTH

I have been on price lock premium for 4 years now, this time im very very frustrated. My account has been over debited for 4 months without any explanation. Everytime i call in i get one same boring story, that we will escalate your query and the price lock department will get back to you in not more than 48hrs. I would never encourage anyone to go on price lock because your money will be deducted twice on some occasions and all you can do is call for an hour only to get no satisfactory answer or at least a callback. Since November 2018 i have been having problems with DSTV but no one bothers to call back or refund. What the contract says and what they deduct is totally different. On my last call, 7April the consultant changed my account to cash because there were too many problem, apparently when the price lock department has sorted it out then they would take it back to debit order. Fine, desperate for a solition I paid R1502 in cash. The following day R1039 was debited from my account. HOW, NOBODY KNOWS!!!!!!!! PRICE LOCK IS JUST A WAY OF *****ING FROM PEOPLE Frustrated, I will never take DSTV again, after this price lock contract- its rather obvious where i will go NOMA **********
