DSTV *****ing and keeps disconnecting acc

im utterly disgusted on how bad DSTV has gotten. i gave my mother(a 73year old lady) my old dstv single view decoder to use as she still had a very old one. i did all the requirements and paperwork needed and they changed it over. no EVERY single month end since then we have problems. i requested to set up a monthly debit order for payments but yet every month the dstv gets diconnected due to non payment. ive contacted them everytime it happens(5 months now) to fix the issue. and everytime the reconnect it i have to pay thier STUPID reconnection fee of R50 for a Fault caused by DSTV THEMSELVES. ive tried calling, using dstv self help site, facebook chat, and dtsv now live chat to try and sort the issue out. and ive even asked the agent to confirm EVERY SINGLE bit of info on the account but yet it keeps happening and its been now 5 months of the same thing over and over. and 5 months of paying R50 for thier ***** up.(R50x5=R250) and do you think they will give you a free month or refund a person. NOOOOO they just keep *****ing your money. i NEED this sorted ASAP and would like them to come up with some kind of plan for all the extra money ive had to pay for thier ***** ups. every month my mother calls me stressing out and worrying cause her dstv keeps getting disconnected and she is a very frail old lady.
