DSTV ***** my money!

I got a call from DSTV by one of their trainees who cannot even pronounce his words properly where I had to ask him a few times to repeat himself because I could not understand him. But lets leave that there. Then they went on by saying there is a amount of R7000 or more outstanding on my account. i disagree because they deduct their premium monthly off my account. I did check and all premiums are paid. They cannot say where this R7000 accumulate and all they say they should escalate this. I will cancel my subscription if they attempt to ***** money from me.
