DSTV ***** from its permanent prime subscription customers!

I bought a new Explora decoders from PEP STORES in October 2020. It was on promotion by DSTV to encourage new customers. They promised 3 months free subscription. I activated the decoder in November 2020. The client liason officially informed me that they would implement the promotion immediately. They never did implement the promotion. When I asked them what they were going to do. They declined that they ran an promotion and they said I can forget that they would ever give me the 3 months free subscription! I feel like they are misleading us the public with their false promises!
