DSTV ***** from customers!!!!!

*****ing from customers . I have dstv compact R399. But my app now shows i owe 449. then last month i didnt pay so when i pay its charged me 500. then i call the customer services and they say R50 is charged for a grace period. i did not agree for a R50 grace period charge . then whats the extra R50 for this month charge now ?*******.
