DSTV stands for "Dirty Subscription Thieving Villains"

DSTV called me recently to inform that my subscription had not been active for a long time. They informed me of a special price for a subscription which I declined as I do not require such a service. I was therefore shocked to see that they had renewed the subscription in Sept '22 without my permission. Is this the new way of doing business to act like a ***** in the night and hope that no-one finds out?

When I called to cancel the subscription it's amazing how quick their employees were to inform me that they don't have a mandate to cancel the subscription and they kept me on hold for ages to run up my phone bill. Sies DSTV! What ********* business practices are you running that causes you to automatically renew approval of your over-priced DSTV service without your customer's permission?
