DSTV stalling and refusing to refund my money, WHAT A ****

DSTV is refusing to repay my money, i have on 5 occasions called their call center and I've been shifted from pillar to post.

Been promised each time that the money will be refunded, it is now 12 working days later and no joy. First time I have been told it takes 7 to 9 days to reflect. This is all because of a cancellation of a debit order, witch has gone thru again after we have cancelled it. They are quick to cut when no payment has been received but have all kinds of excuses to refund. We are clients ever since DSTv started in the 80's but now we will move to Netflix. The amount is a mere R1005.00
