DSTV stalling and refusing to refund my money, WHAT A ****

DSTV is refusing to repay my money, i have on 5 occasions called their call center and I've been shifted from pillar to post.

I accidentally paid R5900 in error of R590, now they giving me hell to get the money back more then 21 days later. I consider this unprofessional and disappointing for an organization of its magnitude.

I think they stalling for the next instalment date.
