DSTV Staff what a disgrace

I've had to cancel my dstv subscription after many attempts of trying to downgrade my package. You constantly speaking to different agents and promises are made but not kept. On the 6th of August 2019 I spoke with Vuyisile Nhlongo. who promised me that my debit order would be refunded to my account within 24hrs. My debit order had gone off and the services had already been cancelled. I had to make a phone call again today has the money is still not reflecting. Spoke with nompumelelo buthelezi. Who again as usual told me that the reversal was not done and she cannot tell me why her colleague did not process my request. She has promised that the funds will reflect within 24 - 48hrs. I will never recommend anyone to subscribe to DSTV their services are BAD and no one is ever willing to help when mistakes are made on their side. They never take ownership for their mistakes. With so much competition out there I am very surprised at their poor poor services.
