DSTV STAFF - SOOOO BAD

i am going to keep this very short because i have literally WASTED AN ENTIRE DAY trying to resolve a login/reset issue. I can honestly say thet the DSTV staff are the most *********** people I have ever dealt with - a simple issue could not be resolved and i even had to submit a copy of my ID twice along with sending my ID number (which is on the ID copy) twice and this is just starters......I WISH DSTV HAD COMPETITION, I WOULD JUMP SHIP IN A FLASH........if anyone can suggest an alternative I would really appreciate it
