DSTV staff shocking

I have phoned DSTV for a week for get the amount I need to pay. Sorry we are doing maintenance. Monday I phoned again and got a amount of R632.00. Tuesday I go to the SPAR to do payment and the cashier says you owe nothing but you can do any payment. I then phoned DSTV from the shop and say how much do I pay cause I have just made a payment of R 500.00. He says that is not enough you need to do an extra payment of R232.00 . No more space for the actual complaint
