I have been a loyal customer for over 20 years and now I understand when they say DSTV is the worst service provider. In January I talked to their agent Mduduzi and we agreed on a reduced monthly payment of R875. I continued paying this amount only to be disconnected because he did not load the agreed amount. I now discovered that I owe them over R450 which is not fair. I requested them to listen to the tape recording and 3 days later they have not come back to me. Their supervisors always promise to come back to me and they never do. I wish all the people who are connecting as pirates to continue so that Dstv can fall. DSTV MUST FALL
