DSTV SR PVR

So we bought a SD PVR 10 years ago. Now it doesn't get all the channels anymore because DSTV changed satellites. If I want to trade it in I must pay R900.

I find this unacceptable. We bought the Ad for R3000. If you had it insured, they will exchange it for free.

Why can't I exchange for free? I payed for something that multichoice decided not to support anymore. Not my problem

I am not at fault and I believe it is in contradiction to the CPA.

Multichoice must exchange my SD for free, as I payed for a decoder and they decided to change the settings. Not me
