Dstv Spin The Wheel A ****!!

So I won a free subcription with multichoince in March 2021 (this was for spin the wheel in March 2021) which was credited in April meaning in May 2021 Dstv had paid for my subcription.

Everything was good and well all these months till BAM! an overdue amount of R1119.15 in July called in was advised it was an error on their side issue will be escalated. Advised by agent to pay R580.15 which I paid R580 on the 24th July.

After numerous calls and speaking to agents online I'm told I viewed for free and had to pay! How? as I had won. 90days later amount which was initially my free subcription was reversed I have to pay for it. All their agents are *********** and know nothing about anything all they assist with is escalations my account is due to be disconnected on the 5th of August even after i had paid for my August subscription because of that overdue amount and no one is will to help.

I'm frustrated! by the lack of customer service by Dstv Multichoice.

Was my Free Month Compact Plus subcription a ****? Why must I pay for it 3months later?
