DSTV SPECIAL ****

Dstv sent me an email inviting me to a special offer of paying 460 a month for their compact plus. After I upgraded on the 5th of July I checked how much I was supposed to pay for the upgrade. I had already paid for the compact subscription for July. The message said R184 and I was surprise and confused, u checked again it was R174. When I checked online on Dstv self service it was R774. I made inquiries on Twiiter and only got rude answers. On the 25 my subscription was cut off during the day and when I called I was told to pay R134. My cousin upgrade and she was not asked to pay nor her subscription cut off. After upgrading the message I got was to pay if not the amount will be added on my next payment date which is the 1st of the month. They cut the subscription without notice. They still charged me more for the August subscription which showed that the special was not even considered. Every consultant I spoke to could not answer my questions, 1 was also confused on why the I was charged R134 and my subscription cut off on the 25th. THEY TELL YOU IT'S A SPECIAL AND CHARGE YOU NORMAL PRICES
