Dstv SA. What a pathetic corporate company. For the second time this week my DSTV has been cancelled, without DSTV even trying to debit my account. Now I have to pay a connection fee, when they are at fault. This is ridiculous. I have to sit on the phone for hours trying to rectify an error that they have made. I have a debit order that runs on the 25th of every month, and it's not even the 25th and once again for the second time this week my service has been cancelled. This is frustrating to say the least. I need this issue to be resolved today, and I am not willing to pay a re-connection fee, when some person who doesnt know their job messed up.
