DSTV-So much less when it comes to client service

Your client service is shockingly poor.<br> <br> You don't reply to email queries [Email Removed] - cool story, can you change it to [Email Removed]<br> You don't respond to social media (Twitter)<br> Your call centre is ill-equipped and ineffective. You can't transfer calls? Your supervisors aren't available (I was put on hold for 15 mins ****erally) on a 40 min call)?<br> <br> I logged a query with a SUPERVISOR (Clint Schoeman) on 25 September, I still haven't had a response. Llewellyn Tselane should be commended for trying his best. But then Bernard Titus messed those efforts up with the most idiotic response to the email query, completely missing the issue (email ***).<br> <br> Honestly - as a new client of Multichoice, its been an unbelievably poor experience, and this wasn't even the first issue. I logged a query with the City of Joburg around the same time as this issue. Do you know they've responded and resolved. Let that sink in, despite all the bureaucratic limitations, a government department is more efficient than you. Great for government, shocking for you! <br>
