Dstv sneaky in changing package
I recently downgraded to DSTV Compact Plus. Suddenly my account was changed to a a DSTV Premium without prior consent and no SMS reminder was sent to me prior to my debit order going off.
This is utterly disgusting and sneaky and against the law.
Dstv please refund my money as I did not budget for this additional money going off on my debit order.
Thank you.
