Dstv sneaks Disney into my package

Well without any contact with me DSTV have added Disney to my package.....not sure if this is legal. But on calling to query this agent agrees to remove it from my package .asks me to hold on while he deletes it from my package...after holding on for 6 minutes I drop the call as I'm calling from a cell phone. I wonder how many other of DSTV customers won't even notice that their package has changed..especially as it is christmas holidays...
