DSTV Smartcard shortage

My aunty has a contract through RFT technologies in Kimberley, the issue she is sitting with is that she is paying her DSTV account but is unable watch anything as apparently she needs a new smart card which is out of stock. This is very frustrating as no service is being provided but payment is expected.
