DSTV - slow to fix their error
DSTV is actually disgusting. They over deducted my account with over R2000. But when it comes to refunding the money it takes 14work days???? Why the f**k must I wait that long because their system “glitched”. And then all they can say is “sorry for the inconvenience“. It’s not an inconvenience it’s a ****** problem and I need my money now.
