Dstv services are very very very *******. I have an account and had been paying up more to build up credit for Jan, only to see my Jan Bill R389 more than the actual compact subscription fee of R385, I then didn't pay wanting an explanation services got cancelled and reconnection fee added so thats now R439. Now come Feb i want to settle the balance paid R350 upfront and i went to check my balances via their live chat (which is useless), i was told i need to pay another R151.01 for which to my maths will add up to R501. 01, I ask the agents who helped me, yes, agents. Spoke two of them asked to send me my statements from Sept till now, i dont know if they come from pluto or what, they havent come through. Ask them to explain why my bill went from the R439 to R500. They dont explain, asked why my bill was up initially to R389 they dont explain. They even texted me the balance owing on the 13th of Jan that it was R439 but still they persist on me paying an extra R150 without explanation. Very Very very *******. No price increase i requested. I dont know what makes it hard for statements to be forwarded to a client. No wonder clients are dropping then. Its because of this ****ty service.
