DSTV site and service is dysfunctional and non existant

The DSTV.com site is totally disfunctional and does not work at all. Secondly the DSTV team does not respond to complaints and requests for help. This complaint stems from a DSTV consultants advice to upgrade online. With the dissfunctional site it is IMPOSSIBLE to upgrade online.
