Dstv simply does not care.

3 Months later, and no response or even an effort to resolve this matter from Dstv I have now send 8 emails to Dstv. I have supp**** them with the required documentation on 4 occasions. Every time I write a review on Hello Peter I receive an auto response email and a telephone call requesting documents. After I told them that I have supp**** them with the requested documents on various occasions they simply say that they will look into the matter, and phone me back. As to date nothing has been resolved. And nobody has phoned me back. What can I do to enable Dstv to assist me?
