DSTV shows no loyalty to long subscribing customers!

My annual subscrption is just about due, when I found out that new subscribers only pay R699 but the loal annual subscribers have to pay R809, upfront R8899. Its no wonder they are losing us to Openview and Netflix. I even called the call center but was arrogently told it was for "certain customers" Well now I am no longer a customer after over 10 years!
