Dstv Showmax horrible service

I just received the most horrible service from Showmax. I went to Dstv to activate my showmax because when I tried to do so on my phone it says I needed to link it to my Dstv account. An agent from Dstv was assisting and chatting to the Showmax team on their live chat. She spoke to 2 agents who failed to resolved the matter and one of them said she will call me directly. The phone rang for 1 sec and they hang up. They closed the chat without resolving the matter. This is so upsetting as I sat here for over an hour and no o e was able to resolve my query. The reason we subscribe to international shows is because of things like this. One would never experience such technical difficulties with Netflix. I hope they lose more and more customers because I’m sure I’m not the only one struggling like this.
