DSTV - Showmax - False Advertising

I signed up for showmax and was eligible for a 14 day trial, Multichoice billed me R99.00 and did not even activate the subscription, i got on to the online chat and got no assistance what so ever, Then called the call centre and spoke to an agent who put the phone down on me and when I called back I spoke to Unathi, i was kept on hold indefinitely after i asked to speak to her team leader as she also referred me to the online chat that had failed to assist me. I find this service appalling and its such a pity that after being a loyal customer to mutichoice i was disrespected like this and falsely sold a product that was not even loaded on my package.
