Dstv-Showmax debacle - nobody takes responsibility

Dstv has the worst systems, I’ve spent hours in phone calls with then since July-August because I suddenly could not use their streaming app. That as solved only now in October. Now I have an issuw of not being able to access my Showmax account despite numerous “activations”, nobody will help, they will just take you through long calls of doing the same thing on your end, logging in only to get the same error. They will tell you to go to the chat, you follow that and nothing changes. With this poor service it’s no surprise that their revenue keeps dropping. I’m likely gonna exit this toxic relationship very soon.
