DSTV SHOWMAX

i called several times month after month to cancel showmax on my package but i always get invoice requesting me to pay. Cancelling my other decoder as well was a hell of another really bad service & bad experience i had to go through i called more than 3 times for the same thing to be resolved. Now again i had to call in to cancel showmax the lady was right saying its third party company but would have done better in assisting me to cancel it on the app, i asked her to guide me and assist she failed as she says she only works for Dstv and not showmax, i asked how can i get assistance do you have any of their contact details she said these "NO", i furthermore asked her what can be done she said i must google and get someone to assist from the chat box. Honestly this is such waste of time and energy calling Dstv for assistance and asking agents to help for some reason i dont understand why are we supposed to be paying and subscribing to this entertainment industry if it fails or lacks/ delivers poor service. The agent Thembelihle mchunu wasn't even willing to assist, kept me on hold for such a long time but didn't even deliver what i asked for!!!!
