Dstv showmax

I called the call centre to assist. My showmax doesnt work and i am on a premium package. It started 3 months ago and i never changed my decoder. Every time we call, no one can assist. The call centre agents dont have any answers and we need to swop between devices but everytime we can sent back to the dstv website and then back to showmax. And it still doesn't work
