DSTV Showing arrears amount where none exists!

In June '15 I took out the DPP package with DSTV.I was advised that as soon as my Explorer arrived I would be liable for a pro-rata payment even if the decoder wasn't installed.I received the new Explorer but only installed it 5 days after receiving it,so I had to pay for the 5 days for both my existing package & the Explorer.I called the call centre to find out what the amount was & was advised the amount dues was R822.40 but that they may debit my account with an amount of R1544.70.If that were the case I could request a refund.That was the case & when I called I was given the option of leaving the balance of R722 in my account as a credit, which I did.The following month they were supposed to debit my account with R127, instead they debited my account with the full amount of R849.I then requested a refund and was told it would take 15 working days.15 working days later I called in I was told that I should have submitted a copy of my ID & it would take another 15 working days for my refund.I was advised by the Supervisor to reverse the original amount of R1544 & only pay the R849 back.I did this and ever since my account is reflecting R722 overdue negatively affecting my credit
