DSTV SHOULD JUST CLOSE DOWN

The app never works, it is incredibly heavy on data and costs 6 times more than Netflix. WHY!!! This company really deserves to die after years of pathetic customer service because of their monopoly, they can really just close down and let us view everything on Netflix. This morning, the app works, now that I actually want to watch something it doesn’t work. Great. The support bot takes 7 minutes to send back a template reply. What are the chances of actually getting a human who can help. WORST EVER!!!
