DSTV shoddy service

I want to express my utter disdain for the billing service at DSTV. I pay my account the last day of each month by EFT but it looks like DSTV has developed an insatiable taste for more. It is now (04 Nov 2018) the second time this year I received a 'friendly' reminder that I pay up or else. Their 083 number posted on line is listed as non-existant on mobile operators, otherwise I would have told them a piece of my mind about their service.
