DSTV shocking offer to ex customers

Why not offer the same luxury to subscribers who have been loyal customers for 20 years?

It is disgusting. Treat your current customers better, and offer a better product, and you wont be losing customers as much.

I sincerely hope this offer will be extended to current customers or I will seriously consider cancelling my subscription.
