DSTV Shocking
No surprise that DSTV prices are so high. What an inefficient set up. I have spent the last 3 days (around 5 hours on the telephone and over 3 hours (still going) on the web chat trying to reconnect a holiday home package. Appalling service. I am staggered. I cannot necessarily blame the agents - they work with what they have.
