dstv shameful!!

Multichoice claim (AGAIN) that my account is overdue knowing very well that all the debit orders have gone out on time! Now the disconnected and account and are trying to fleece R400 payment upfront on an account which is up to date!! On top of that, their "self-service" on the website is useless, moreover, they have a robot on WhatsApp that this totally clueless!! Then I called and was made to hold for almost minutes before my airtime cut off. They have no decency to even call me back...
