dstv servise sucks! no wonder the world is going with the likes of netflix!!!

Can't get to speak with an operator!!! Calls get directed to automated service where you have to select options... every option ultimately leads back to the main menu!!! Their 'new' whatsapp service is another gimick. they want you to sign up and msg 'hi' to get started... the response is ANOTHER automated service!!! ***!!! I need assistance with changing my packages!! Can a get to speak with a PERSON at DSTV!!!!! FRUSTRATING!
