Dstv services make me sick!!

Dstv customer service is the worst..to say am angry is an understatement..why do we even pay for such poor sevices.i paid R1000 for my services on the 17th october.they disconnected my services lastnight.i called this morning spoke to someone she was able to resolve my problem..few hours later my services r diaconnected again..after an hour of calling being kept on hold by 4 consultants,running out of airtym,calling again being kept on hold for over 30minutes..am still not happy with the services..
