Dstv services disconnected yet I paid

I made payment to Multi6on the 21st of Sep6an amount of R462 at an agency here in Barberton. As I was swiping the agent told me he went offline so I never got a receipt.The payment is unallocated. Alice sent a bank statement as proof but multichoice keeps on disconnecting my services. I'm so stressed now I cannot pay twice. I'm disappointed in them.
