DSTV Services

My services are closed because netflix is added on my subscription, i paid R604 on the 26th October and paid again R475 on the 12 November because i had accepted that net flix will not be removed, now i am informed that i need to pay R804 before reconnection, I am so emotionally hurt because i love soccer and DSTV lady just informed me Cancel your membership. The lady by the name of Zanele tried to help me but my services are still disconnected, in one month DSTV is saying i should pay R1888 for DSTV.

DSTV Management may you please don't treat people like this, your team service is pathetic, after paying 475 on the 12th, immidiately the DSTV App advised that 283 should be paid the very next day, i then asked Mikaila ( DSTV Supervisor) will it not switch off tomorrow i.e the services, and she said no you will pay on the 25th, the next day i was disconnected.

I am really hurt ,
