DSTV service suspended

I am so disappointed with dstv my due is the 28th of this month but my services has already been suspended and they already need a reconnection fee I understand it's holiday but that shouldn't affect my package date I always pay on the 28th and never miss my payments this morning I woke up on my package being suspended this really doesn't make sence cos we always given 7 days more beside our due data
