Dstv service sucks
I have logged a compliant many times with dstv that the app was not working for me. I could not see my balance nor use the dstv now. Thursday 21-01-2021 I called again and was on the phone for a hour. It was discovered the someone was using my dstv account to stream dstv now for free. The consulted said many of times he removed the other email account but till today it has not been removed. Was promised the manger would call me on Friday to sort it out but still waiting. This is totally not on. We pay our account on time and others want to view for free.

10 Feb 2021, 07:34Thanks for sorting part of the problem out. I managed to log into my dstv now but all my channels are not showing. All the Indian channels not showing on my list. I have premium and Indian channels actived on my account.
