DSTV SERVICE SUCKS!!!

My wife accepted a pricelock deal at the beginning of Dec 2018 and sent all documents requested. It is now 22 Jan 2019 and we have received no feedback. I called in about 8 times to confirm whats happening and everytime they promise to escalate the matter and says i will get a call back within 24 hrs. Yesterday i called in and i told them to please refer to the notes of the other calls, only to be told that no notes were captured by the other consultants. I then requested a managers emailand sent him a lengthy email stating my frustration, but still no repsonse. email address was **********
