DSTV service sucks

DSTV sucks, I made a payment yesterday and immediately after making the payment I realized that i had actually paid it into a wrong account. i contacted DSTV immediately, send proof of payment, they acknowledge the proof of payment they said they will reallocate it and this was after i had spoken to 3 of their agents who assured me that it would be reallocated and that the service will not be deactivated. The following day they went ahead and deactivated. I have since followed up and spoke to three other agents and the matter is still not resolved.
