DStv service stopped while fully paid.

I'm on a 24 months compact contract via debit order. This morning I received sms that my DStv # ***0 has been stopped, we must pay R176.97 to reconnect, indeed it stopped, kids could not watch their shows. Because of this, we have decided to cancel the contract and switch to Netflix. Please make sure you DO NOT debit on 05 Sep 2019.
