Dstv service shocking

So disappointed. Been charged for Indian services which I never signed up for. I tried to query. Call centre agent laughed and told me I'll never get a credit. I lost it and told her to cancel my package. Been with Dstv for years. Preium subscriber and treated so badly. Then yesterday get a call to buy another explora. I explained my disappointment in Dstv and the agent just put the phone down! Really dstv do you not care to retain your customers!!!!
