DStv service really sucks

Multichoice is not taking us serious, they dont even understand when we use their services its because we need it. My mother is a pensioner and as we all know the dates of payment keeps changing so I resquested a call back for her to have the date changed they did not call her. She also says she pay R200 a month, this she paid but it was already disconnected, she added R87, still not connected, only to find out they have taken advantage of an elder and given her insurance under the pretence that Multichoice is giving back, so the same insurance is taking all her money now and still no TV.

This is nonsense, I just wrote to them, adding her number (***) all they say is they cant talk to me I mean what the hell because I added her why not call her? This person is in a rural area and old so why not take some initiative and fix your nonsense?
