I fell into the trap of signing up with On Air, a company selling DSTV products and services. They have been ************ from the word go - the complaints are too numerous to mention here! Judging from bad reviews on their site I am not the only one. So a month before the end of the contract I informed them I want to terminate. In spite of assurance on their part the monthly debit order is still going off my account. I phoned them many times. Still my account is being debited. Now they don't even answer my calls.

Why is DSTV allowing these ********s to conduct business on their behalf?
