Dstv service pathetic.

DSTV offers the most pathetic service ever. My account was disconnected even though my account is being paid via debit order. After speaking to about 7 consultants my account was still not rectified. When I eventually put a complaint in via Hello Peter I was somewhat assisted. I now sit with a problem where my Premium package is reconnected but my PVR functions is disconnected due to non payment???? Really it is one package. If I can ever give anyone advise dont EVER MAKE USE OF THE PRICE LOCK DEAL. this is where all my problems started. I never experienced any issues up until I took up this offer and in this time from end September until now my services was discontinued 3 times already. DSTV dont care about their clients and they do not have ANY COMPETENT AGENTS THAT CAN ASSIST. IT is Saturday evening 21.00 PM I have had the phone put down in my ear now three times trying to get an agent to assist me in finding out why my PVR function is not connected. SERVICE IS PATHETIC.
