DSTV service is poor!
Hi
Probably the worst service ever. Opted for premier package from DSTV on 2 Jan 2025. After 3 sms confirmations that installation will take place "today"....... nothing yet. All efforts on mails, sms or Whattsapp, are answered by auto replies which do not help at all. DSTV is losing subscribers because of streaming services, so I will presume new customers are their priority, but they obviously do not care at all.
